Chairman Engelmann called the meeting to order at 7:00 P.M.
Motion to Approve agenda was made by Supervisor Taylor; Seconded by Supervisor Tomasino; Motion Carried.
Motion to Approve Minutes was made by Supervisor Jicha; Seconded by Supervisor Tomasino; Motion Carried.

Vouchers were reviewed by all board members and approved.
Jane Kopish Sequin, current Marinette County Court Commissioner and Register in Probate spoke to the Town Board. Jane is running for Marinette County Circuit Court Judge in the April 7, 2020 Spring Election. Along with information about her background and experience; Jane answered many questions from the Town Board. Jane stated that she is fair and reasonable, along with being very knowledgeable, honest and prepared for her court cases, She believes in treating people with respect and she expects people in the courtroom to be respectful as well, She is unbiased and will always make decisions according to the Law, Her courtroom is open to the public 90% of the time and invites the public to come see how she runs her courtroom.
Jane shared that she and her family have a long history with Marinette County and would like to give back to the Community.
Operators Licenses for Eric Flanders and Stacey Seidel were approved on a motion by Supervisor Jicha, seconded by Supervisor Stumbris, Motion carried.
Election Hardware Service Agreement 2020 was accepted on a motion by Supervisor Taylor, seconded by Supervisor Jicha; Motion carried.
Treasurer will post notice that Dog licenses are required in the Town of Wausaukee, per State statute. For your convenience, the treasurer will be available to issue dog licenses at the Wausaukee Town Hall at N11856 HWY 141 on, January 3rd ; 10th; 17th ; 24th & 31st , 2020 from 10:00am to 12:00 pm. Fee for spayed or neutered dogs is $3.00. Fees for dogs that are not spayed or neutered are $8.00. A multiple Dog License is required if more than 3 dogs are on a single property. Please remember to bring proof of rabies vaccination for each dog.
Supervisor Jicha made a motion to adjourn at 7:24 pm; seconded by Supervisor Taylor. Motion carried.
