Members Present: Chairman Jeff Engelmann; Supervisor 1 Vicky Mueller; Supervisor 2 Brandon Taylor Supervisor 3 Matthew Jicha; Supervisor 4 Dennis Taylor; Clerk Cheryl Stumbris;
Members Absent: Treasurer Hope Wesolowski
Others Present: Randy & Katie Lardinois; Jack Pociask; James Pociask; Hank Novak; Mark Wisnski
Chairman Jeff Engelmann called the meeting to order at 7 P.M.
Motion to Approve agenda was made by Supervisor Mueller; Seconded by Supervisor Brandon Taylor; Motion Carried.
Motion to Approve Minutes as read was made by Supervisor Jicha; Seconded by Supervisor Dennis Taylor; Motion Carried.
Financial Report
BOH as of 4/30/2026
Checking $10,886.70
MM General Account $ 837,245.33
Motion to Approve financial report was made by Supervisor Dennis Taylor; Seconded by Supervisor Brandon Taylor. Motion Carried
Vouchers were reviewed by all board members and approved.
Road Construction 2026 will include Feller Rd; Glendale Rd; Webster Rd; Kaiko Rd; Roush Rd town line south; Feller Rd 141to gravel; Buck Lane; Sara Lane; Lovers Lane; 1st Rd. Crack fill Mud Lake Rd, Old C, Perch Lake Rd. Supervisor Dennis Taylor made a motion to accept 2026 Road Construction; seconded by Supervisor Jicha. Motion carried.
Supervisor Jicha made a motion to submit letter of intent to Wausaukee Rescue Squad
Regarding Contract Renewal; seconded by Supervisor Brandon Taylor; Motion carried.
Supervisor Dennis Taylor made a motion to the following committees(2026-27) as presented, seconded by Supervisor Vicky Mueller. Motion carried:

- Recycling……. Brandon Taylor / Vicky Mueller
- Rescue Squad...…Jeff Engelmann / Vicky Mueller

At 7:50 Supervisor Dennis Taylor made a motion to adjourn; seconded by Supervisor Mueller
