MINUTES

Members Present: Chairman Engelmann; Mueller; Supervisor Brandon Taylor; Supervisor Matthew Jicha Supervisor; Dennis Taylor; Treasurer Hope Wesolowski; Clerk Cheryl Stumbris,

Others Present: Bob Wesolowski; Jack Pociask; James Pociask; Brenda & Greg Warrington. Hank Novak

Supervisor Jicha made a motion to nominate Jeff Engelmann as moderator of meeting; seconded by Supervisor Brandon Taylor. Motion carried. (13 aye; 0 nay)

Chairman Engelmann called the meeting to order at 7 P.M.

The minutes of the 2024 Annual meeting were reviewed Motion to approve was  made by Supervisor Vicky Mueller; seconded by Jack Pociask; Motion carried. (13 aye; 0 nay)

The 2025 Annual Report was reviewed.

Bob Wesolowski made a motion to approve annual report as read. Seconded by Hank Novak; Motion carried. (13 aye; 0 nay)

Supervisor Dennis Taylor made a motion to retain SNBT as the Town’s Depository; Seconded by Bob Wesolowski, Motion Carried (13 aye; 0 nay)

Hope Wesolowski made a motion to allow the Town of Wausaukee to borrow funds as needed from an institution of their choice; James Pociask seconded; motion carried. (13 aye; 0 nay)

Bob Wesolowski made a motion to grant the Town Board the Authority to set wages for elected Clerk and Treasurer; Seconded by Hank Novak (13 aye; 0 nay)

Supervisor Brandon Taylor made a motion to set 2026 Annual Meeting to 3rd Tuesday of April 2027 at 7 PM Seconded by Jack Pociask, Motion carried. (13 aye; 0 nay)

Chairman Engelmann gave a brief State of the Town Address

Hope Wesolowski made a motion to adjourn at 7:30 PM; Seconded by Jack Pociask. (13 aye; 0 nay)
