Members Present: Chairman Jeff Engelmann; Supervisor 1 Vicky Mueller; Supervisor 2 Brandon Taylor Supervisor 3 Matthew Jicha; Supervisor 4 Dennis Taylor; Clerk Cheryl Stumbris; Treasurer Hope Wesolowski

Chairman Jeff Engelmann called the meeting to order at 6:30 P.M.
Motion to Approve agenda was made by Supervisor Mueller; Seconded by Supervisor Brandon Taylor; Motion Carried.
Motion to Approve Minutes as read was made by Supervisor Dennis Taylor; Seconded by Supervisor Mueller; Motion Carried.

Motion to Approve financial report was made by Supervisor Brandon; Seconded by Supervisor Jicha; Motion Carried
Vouchers were reviewed by all board members and approved.
Chairman Engelmann opened blacktop bids received from Fahrner Asphalt Sealers and Scott Construction. Supervisor Jicha made a motion to award bid to Scott Construction for Single Chip Seal cost per 20FT Mile @ $23,140.00, Seconded by Supervisor Mueller, Motion carried. Supervisor Brandon Taylor made a motion to award bid to Scott Construction for Cold mix Blacktop $83.90 per ton; price per 20FT mile at 2” compacted using 1,350-ton Cost $113,265.00; also, Seconded by Supervisor Mueller, Motion carried.
Supervisor Brandon Taylor made a motion to set Board of Review date for the Town of Wausaukee to be held at the Town Hall on Tuesday May 12, 2026 as required by State Statutes at 6:59 PM. But will immediately adjourn to later date; Seconded by Supervisor Vicky Mueller, Motion carried.
Supervisor Brandon Taylor made a motion to approve 3/24/26 CSM review Rustic Roads Acres Town of Wausaukee J Lieuwen Land Surveyor. Seconded by Supervisor Mueller. Motion carried
Supervisor Brandon Taylor made a motion to approve 3/26/26 Doug Wagner Town of Wausaukee J Lieuwen Land Surveyor. Seconded by Supervisor Mueller. Motion carried
Supervisor Brandon Taylor made a motion to approve4/1/26 CSM Review J Sargent Town of Wausaukee Hugh Guy Surveyer. Seconded by Supervisor Mueller. Motion carried
Chairman Engelmann reported the new Fire Truck should be arriving in the 2nd quarter of 2027. There were no comments on 1st quarter 2026 Report
Supervisor Jicha stated he had talked with Tom at Rescue Squad about purchase of AED.ie makes and models. Supervisor Dennis Taylor made a motion to spend no more than $2000.00 Seconded by Supervisor Brandon Taylor. Motion carried
Supervisor Jicha mentioned a Chainsaw Safety Course with Dale Klinksick. Board agreed good opportunity for Road Crew.
Supervisor Dennis Taylor made a motion to approve $2500.00 payment to Wausaukee Rec Association for New batting cage. Seconded by Supervisor Brandon Taylor. Motion carried. Supervisor Jicha recused himself from vote.
Wausaukee Rescue Squad meeting is scheduled for April 28th 2026 at 5:30 pm. Town Board members will attend.
Clerk distributed information regarding ”Menominee County Planning Commission’ Letter of Intent to Board members; along with that a “Call for Volunteers” from Marinette County Board of Supervisors.
At 6:59 Supervisor Brandon Taylor made a motion to adjourn; seconded by Supervisor Jicha.
