MINUTES

Members Present: Chairman Jeff Engelmann; Supervisor 1 Vicky Mueller; Supervisor 2 Brandon Taylor Supervisor 3 Matthew Jicha; Supervisor 4 Dennis Taylor; Clerk Cheryl Stumbris; Treasurer Hope Wesolowski

Others Present: Jack Pociask; James Pociask; Hank Novak, Lance Rowley

Chairman Jeff Engelmann called the meeting to order at 7 P.M.

Motion to Approve agenda was made by Supervisor Jicha; Seconded by Supervisor Brandon Taylor; Motion Carried.

Motion to Approve Minutes as read was made by Supervisor Mueller; Seconded by Supervisor Dennis Taylor; Motion Carried.

Financial Report

BOH as of 2/28/2026

Checking $14,183.42

MM General Account $ 877,128.85

Motion to Approve financial report was made by Supervisor Brandon Taylor; Seconded by Supervisor Jicha Motion Carried

Vouchers were reviewed by all board members and approved.

Audience comments included Lance Rowley offering suggestions for better use of town equipment regarding plowing snow and grass cutting. Hank Novak County Supervisor Dist. 6 reminded the Town board and Audience of the upcoming referendum at April 7 Spring Election and stated that he is in favor of this referendum.

Chairman Engelmann spoke to the board regarding Décor Dr. He will follow up after he looks over pics and actual road.

Supervisor Brandon Taylor made a motion to appoint Chairman Jeff Engelmann Highway Superintendent, seconded by Supervisor Mueller. Motion carried.

Chairman Engelmann stated Rescue Squad meeting was cancelled earlier today. The board had discussion on their concerns along questions and different options to be presented to Rescue Squad Board.

Bid Requests for 2026 Road Construction will go out soon. Bids will be open at April meeting.

The Town Board agreed that the town should consider purchasing an Automatic External Defibrillator. The board also approved credit card (with Limits) for office use; They also authorized Clerk training for both Clerk and Treasurer

At 8:13 Supervisor Mueller made a motion to adjourn; seconded by Supervisor Dennis Taylo
