Members Present: Chairman Jeff Engelmann; Supervisor 1 Vicky Mueller; Supervisor 2 Brandon Taylor; Supervisor 3 Matthew Jicha; Supervisor 4 Dennis Taylor; Clerk Cheryl Stumbris, Treasurer Hope Wesolowski

Others Present: Bob Wesolowski; Jack Pociask; James Pociask; Brenda & Greg Warrington; Hank Novak

Chairman Jeff Engelmann called the meeting to order at 7P.M.

Motion to Approve agenda was made by Supervisor Brandon Taylor;

Seconded by Supervisor Vicky Mueller; Motion Carried.

Motion to Approve Minutes as read was made by Supervisor Vicky Mueller; Seconded by Supervisor Matt Jicha; Motion Carried.

Financial Report

Checking $24,495.76

MM General Account $ 760,164.97

Motion to Approve financial report was made by Supervisor Matt Jicha; Seconded by Supervisor Dennis Taylor; Motion Carried

Vouchers were reviewed by all board members and approved.

Hank Novak County Board Supervisor for District 6 spoke about the Wild River issue. There are some discrepancies of following the rules of 1991 agreement with Dept of Natural Resources. Mr. Novak wants to assure community that Pike River will always be protected. Marinette County has hired a new Forest Manager; who is doing a fine job.

Supervisor Dennis Taylor made a motion to endorse Bertram Communications LLC’s application for BEAD funding to expand broadband infrastructure utilizing fiber-to-the-premises technology. Seconded by Supervisor Brandon Taylor; Motion carried

Supervisor Matt Jicha made a motion to appoint Chairman Engelmann Highway Superintendent, seconded by Supervisor Vicky Mueller. Motion carried.

Supervisor Brandon Taylor made a motion to approve Operator’s License to Amanda Shaw & Mary Abrams. Seconded by Supervisor Matt Jicha; Motion carried

Supervisor Dennis Taylor made a motion to adjourn at 7:25 ; seconded by Supervisor Brandon Taylor
