Members Present: Chairman Jeff Engelmann; Supervisor 1 Vicky Mueller; Supervisor 2 Brandon Taylor; Supervisor 3 Matthew Jicha; Supervisor 4 Dennis Taylor; Clerk Cheryl Stumbris, Treasurer Hope Wesolowski

Chairman Jeff Engelmann called the meeting to order at 7P.M.
Motion to Approve agenda was made by Supervisor 2 Brandon Taylor;
Seconded by Supervisor 1 Vicky Mueller; Motion Carried.
Motion to Approve Minutes as read was made by Supervisor 1 Vicky Mueller; Seconded by Supervisor 3 Matthew Jicha; Motion Carried.
Financial Report

Checking $6786.28
MM General Account $ 1,857,679.70
Motion to Approve financial report was made by Supervisor 3 Matthew Jicha; Seconded by Supervisor 2 Brandon Taylor; Motion Carried
Vouchers were reviewed by all board members and approved.
Peggy Miller stopped in for the meeting
Board of Supervisors had some concerns with new GFL Contract , Steve Coron Representative for GFL answered. Some updates need to be made and or changed in new contract. Anything regarding Recycling will be removed. GFL will do actual counts of pickup stops twice a year.
Supervisor Brandon Taylor made a motion to adopt Town of Wausaukee Special and Seasonal Weight Limitations Ordinance #348.17, Seconded by Supervisor Matt Jicha. Motion Carried.5 Aye; 0 Nay.
No comments on Fire District 4th qtr. Report.
Chairman Engelmann gave update on Wausaukee Rescue Squad; “Sirens & Sips” fundraiser is on Mar.3, 2025. Tickets are sold out. WRS is also offering EMR classes for Fire Department members. He also shared financials along with call numbers, billing and new people onboard. Donations are coming in. Things are going quite well.
Supervisor Dennis Taylor made a motion to approve “Town of Wausaukee Employee/Elected Official Reimbursement Policy’. Seconded by Supervisor Vicky Mueller; Motion carried.
Town of Wausaukee March Meeting is rescheduled to March 18,2025 at 7:00PM
At 7:50, Supervisor Dennis Taylor made a motion to adjourn; seconded by Supervisor Matt Jicha. Motion carried.
