Chairman Jeff Engelmann called the meeting to order at 7P.M.

Motion to Approve agenda was made by Supervisor Brandon Taylor;

Seconded by Supervisor Vicky Mueller; Motion Carried.

Motion to Approve Minutes as read was made by Supervisor Matt Jicha; Seconded by Supervisor Dennis Taylor; Motion Carried.

Financial Report

BOH as of 12/31/2024

Checking $750.71

MM General Account $ 787,336.96

Motion to Approve financial report was made by Supervisor Dennis Taylor; Seconded by Supervisor Brandon Taylor; Motion Carried

Vouchers were reviewed by all board members and approved.

Clerk salary discussion tabled

Supervisor Dennis Taylor made a motion to approve 12-23-24 CSM Review Jamie Nolan Town of Wausaukee Jeffrey Lieuwen Surveyor; Seconded by Supervisor Brandon Taylor; Motion Carried.

Eric Edlebeck gave update on purchase of new Fire Truck regarding Build time frame which is up to 3 years and prepayment options.

Supervisor Taylor made a motion to make Town share of Payment as down payment. Seconded by Supervisor Brandon Taylor; Motion carried.

At 7:30 Supervisor Brandon Taylor made a motion to adjourn to Board of Audit; seconded by Supervisor Vicky Mueller

THE BOARD OF AUDIT EXAMINED THE TREASURERS REPORT AND FOUND IT TO BE ACCURATE
