MINUTES

Members Present: Chairman Jeff Engelmann; Supervisor 1 Vicky Mueller; Supervisor 2 Brandon Taylor; Supervisor 3 Matthew Jicha; Supervisor 4 Dennis Taylor; Clerk Cheryl Stumbris, Treasurer Hope Wesolowski

Members Absent:

Others Present: Bob Wesolowski; Jack Pociask

Chairman Jeff Engelmann called the meeting to order at 7 P.M.

Motion to Approve agenda was made by Supervisor Brandon Taylor;

Seconded by Supervisor Vicky Mueller; Motion Carried.

Motion to Approve Minutes as read was made by Supervisor Dennis Taylor; Seconded by Supervisor Matt Jicha; Motion Carried.

Financial Report

BOH as of 9/30/2024

Checking $4,051.85

MM General Account $ 570,162.45

Motion to Approve financial report was made by Supervisor Vicky Mueller; Seconded by Supervisor Brandon Taylor; Motion Carried

Vouchers were reviewed by all board members and approved.

No Audience comments.

Chairman Engelmann reported Road construction is nearing the end; some shouldering will be finished this month. Final Paperwork has been submitted for LRIP Grant

Supervisor Dennis Taylor made a motion to cutting trees per state Statue 86.030(2) not to exceed $5000.00; Seconded by Supervisor Brandon Taylor

Treasurer reported the Personal Property tax of a property owner in the Town of Wausaukee has not been paid for a period of time. Options for the Town are Small Claims Court or Write off. Supervisor Brandon Taylor made a motion to write off; Seconded by Supervisor Matt Jicha. Motion carried

Supervisor Vicky Mueller made a motion to schedule Budget Workshop for 6:00 pm on Thursday October 24, 2024. Seconded by Supervisor Matt Jicha; Motion carried.

Supervisor Brandon Taylor made a motion to set Budget Hearing for Nov.12, 2024 at 6:30 pm followed by Regular meeting at 7:00 pm. Seconded by Supervisor Dennis Taylor; Motion carried.

Supervisor Brandon Taylor made a motion to adjourn at 7:29 pm; seconded by Supervisor Matt Jicha. Motion carried.
