MINUTES
Members Present: Chairman Jeff Engelmann; Supervisor 1 Vicky Mueller; Supervisor 3 Matthew Jicha; Supervisor 4 Dennis Taylor; Clerk Cheryl Stumbris, Treasurer Hope Wesolowski
Members Absent: Supervisor 2 Brandon Taylor
Others Present: Bob Wesolowski; Jack Pociask
Chairman Jeff Engelmann called the meeting to order at 7P.M.
Motion to Approve agenda was made by Supervisor 1 Vicky Mueller; Seconded by Supervisor 3 Matthew Jicha; Motion Carried.
Motion to Approve Minutes as read was made by Supervisor 3 Matthew Jicha; Seconded by Supervisor 4 Dennis Taylor; Motion Carried.
Financial Report

Motion to Approve financial report was made by Supervisor 4 Dennis Taylor; Seconded by Supervisor 1 Vicky Mueller; Motion Carried
Vouchers were reviewed by all board members and approved.
Supervisor 1 Matt Jicha commented on a Road Improvement Program Grant opportunity. Chairman Engelmann will look into grant option and report at March 7, 2024 meeting. Matt stated there was a write-up of Regulations without Representation urging town level people to email their Assembly people and Senators letting them to know to support Bills which pertains to amount of authority that cities and villages have over towns regarding regulating lot sizes; etc.
Supervisor Vicky Mueller did some checking on other Garbage Collection options. She will continue with a brief reply to a request.
Supervisor 4 Dennis Taylor made a motion to approve Operators license for Cheryl Dean, seconded by Supervisor 1 Vicky Mueller
Supervisor 4 Dennis Taylor made a motion to approve Operators license for Kim Orlando, seconded by Supervisor 1 Vicky Mueller
Supervisor Dennis Taylor made a motion to adopt Town of Wausaukee Special and Seasonal Weight Limitations Ordinance #348.17, Seconded by Supervisor Vicky Mueller.
Motion Carried.4 aye; 0 Nay.
Wausaukee Fire District 4th Qtr. Report was reviewed with no comments.
Chairman Engelmann opened discussion on concerns with Wausaukee Rescue Squad. He stated that the Town of Wagner is considering pulling out of the contract with the WRS. The concern is mainly the cost of services for each municipality and how the cost is determined for each municipality.
Chairman Englemann will invite Tom Arthur for a Q & A at March meeting.
March Meeting has been changed to Thursday March 7,2024 at 7:00 PM
Supervisor Dennis Taylor made a motion to adjourn at 7:53 pm; Seconded by Supervisor Matt Jicha. Motion carried.
