Chairman Engelmann called the meeting to order at 6:00 P.M.
Motion to Approve agenda was made by Supervisor Brandon Taylor; Seconded by Supervisor Matthew Jicha; Motion Carried.
Motion to Approve Minutes as read was made by Supervisor Vicki Mueller; Seconded by Supervisor Matthew Jicha; Motion Carried.
Financial Report

Motion to Approve financial report was made by Supervisor Matt Jicha; Seconded by Supervisor Brandon Taylor; Motion Carried
Vouchers were reviewed by all board members and approved.
No Audience comments
Supervisor Dennis Taylor made a motion to accept Image Cast Election Hardware Maintenance Agreement; Seconded by Supervisor Vicki Mueller. Motion carried.
Fire District 2023 3rd Quarter report was reviewed with no comments.
Supervisor Mueller presented sample Ordinance Regarding Licensing & Regulation of Short-Term Rentals and Agents for the board to view. After discussion the board agreed to “No Action”
Chairman Englemann presented 3yr Road Plan. He also stated that he submitted Local Road Improvement Program Application FY 2024.
At 6:25 PM Supervisor Vicky Mueller made a motion to adjourn to Annual Budget Meeting and Reconvene after Public Hearing to accept 2024 Budget; seconded by Supervisor Brandon Taylor. Motion carried.
At 7:06 PM Board reconvened to Regular meeting
Supervisor Matt Jicha made a motion to accept 2024 Budget of $945,017.00 Supervisor Brandon Taylor seconded. Motion carried
Supervisor Taylor made a motion to adjourn at 7:09 pm; seconded by Supervisor Matt Jicha. Motion carried.
