Chairman Engelmann called the meeting to order at 5:30 P.M.
Chairman Engelmann asked for consideration of the approval of Resolution #103123 by the town meeting endorsing a town board resolution which proposes that the town levy exceed the state allowable levy limit under
- 66.0602 of Wis. Statutes, specifically a proposed tax levy which would exceed the allowable town tax levy for 2023 by 32 percent which would be a dollar increase of $200,000 over the allowable levy for 2023.
Chairman Engelmann asked for a motion to approve Resolution #103123 to adopt the 2023(to be collected in 2024) tax levy increase for a total of $823,987.00
Jack Pociask made a motion to adopt Resolution Number 103123; Seconded by Bob Wesolowski. 13 voting aye, 0 voting nay; 1 abstaining or not voting. Motion carried.
Supervisor Dennis Taylor made a motion to adjourn at 5:49 p.m.
