Members Present: Chairman Jeff Engelmann; Supervisor 1 Vicky Mueller; Supervisor 2 Brandon Taylor; Supervisor 4 Dennis Taylor; Treasurer Hope Wesolowski; Clerk Cheryl Stumbris,

Members Absent: Supervisor 3 Matthew Jicha

Others Present: Bob Wesolowski; Jerry Pillath; Michael Edlebeck; Jack Pociask

Chairman Engelmann called the meeting to order at 7:00 P.M.

Motion to Approve agenda was made by Supervisor Brandon Taylor; Seconded by Supervisor Vicky Mueller; Motion Carried.

Motion to Approve Minutes as read was made by Supervisor Vicky Mueller; Seconded by Supervisor Brandon Taylor; Motion Carried.

Financial Report

BOH as of 8/31/2023

Checking $12,656.35

MM General Account $ 558,473.72

Motion to Approve financial report was made by Supervisor Dennis Taylor; Seconded by Supervisor Brandon Taylor; Motion Carried

Vouchers were reviewed by all board members and approved.

Supervisor Brandon Taylor made a motion to accept Cleaning Proposal from Wausaukee Enterprises Inc. Seconded by Supervisor Vicky Mueller; Motion carried.

Supervisor Dennis Taylor made a motion to hire County to process 2023 property taxes for the Town of Wausaukee; Seconded by Supervisor Brandon Taylor; Motion carried.

Supervisor Dennis Taylor made a motion to accept proposal from Jerry Pillath for Town of Wausaukee Assessment Contract for Tax Years 2024-2027; Seconded by Supervisor Brandon Taylor; Motion carried.

Clerk reported New Winter Garbage Pickup schedule is now in effect. Town of Wausaukee is going to EOW pick up starting Sept.14, 2023.

On Sept.14, 2023 they will pick up on EAST side of HWY 141.

On Sept.21 they will pick up on WEST side of HWY. Alternating EOW until spring.

Michael Edlebeck commented on his intent at previous meetings and encouraged Board to challenge him about the facts if they felt the need. He also stated that he would like to set up a meeting with Clerk to view documents in regards to deliberation and issuance of building permit to Applicant Cloud 1 Services LLC, along with other documents.

Supervisor Brandon Taylor made a motion to adjourn at 7:13 pm; seconded by Supervisor Dennis Taylor. Motion carried.
