Chairman Engelmann called the meeting to order at 7:00 P.M.
Motion to Approve agenda was made by Supervisor Brandon Taylor; Seconded by Supervisor Vicky Mueller ; Motion Carried.
Motion to Approve Minutes as read was made by Supervisor Matt Jicha; Seconded by Supervisor Brandon Taylor; Motion Carried.
Financial Report

Motion to Approve financial report was made by Supervisor Vicky Mueller; Seconded by Supervisor Dennis Taylor; Motion Carried
Vouchers were reviewed by all board members and approved.
Wausaukee Fire District 2nd Quarter Report was reviewed without comment. Chairman Engelmann briefly chatted about need for new Pumper Truck
Eric Flanders Town of Wausaukee property owner addressed the Board with concerns regarding legal requirements for short term rentals in our Township. The State of Wisconsin has minimal requirements. Mr. Flanders stated that he, along with neighboring property owners have concerns that short term rental owners should be held responsible for the overall safety and welfare of both the renters and the neighbors to these properties. Town board agreed to take a look at possibly developing a short-term Rental Licensing Policy.
CSM Review 7/26/23 Thomas & Annette Pennington was approved on motion by Supervisor Brandon Taylor, seconded by Supervisor Vicky Mueller. Motion carried.
Road construction 2023 is nearly completed. Blacktopping will be end of August.
Town of Wausaukee has received final Contract for Glendale Rd Bridge Project. Bypass during project is in the works and we are looking at June 2025 to begin.
Town Board was notified that our shared revenue package will have a significant increase. Road aids are currently frozen.
Clerk and Supervisor Vicky Mueller gave information to the board of the importance for security and option of setting up a .Gov email address for each member.
Operator License for Dorothy Jansen was approved on a motion by Supervisor Matthew Jicha, seconded by Supervisor Vicky Mueller, Motion carried.
Operator License for Eric Flanders was approved on a motion by Supervisor Brandon Taylor, seconded by Supervisor Vicky Mueller, Motion carried.
Michael Edlebeck commented on his letter to the Editor in the Peshtigo Times after July Meeting and his displeasure with the results.
Ed Wagner commented on ATV Route on Terry Lane and Roush Rd.
Supervisor Brandon Taylor made a motion to adjourn at 7:50 pm; seconded by Supervisor Matt Jicha. Motion carried.
