MINUTES

Members Present: Chairman Jeff Engelmann; Supervisor 1 Vicky Mueller; Supervisor 2 Brandon Taylor; Supervisor 3 Matthew Jicha; Supervisor 4 Dennis Taylor; Treasurer Hope Wesolowski; Clerk Cheryl Stumbris,

Chairman Engelmann called the meeting to order at 7:00 P.M.

Motion to Approve agenda was made by Supervisor Dennis Taylor; Seconded by Supervisor Brandon Taylor; Motion Carried.

Motion to Approve Minutes as read was made by Supervisor Vicky Mueller; Seconded by Supervisor Matthew Jicha; Motion Carried.

Financial Report

BOH as of 6/30/2023

Checking $3,879.29

MM General Account $ 595,568.87

Motion to Approve financial report was made by Supervisor Brandon Taylor; Seconded by Supervisor Vicky Mueller; Motion Carried.

Vouchers were reviewed by all board members and approved.

Operators Licenses for Barb Elias was approved on a motion by Supervisor Matthew Jicha, seconded by Supervisor Brandon Taylor, Motion carried.

Supervisor Brandon Taylor made a motion to issue building permit to Applicant Cloud 1 Services LLC( Brian Poulin) for communications tower; seconded by Matt Jicha. 3 AYE ( Brandon Taylor, Matt Jicha, Jeff Engelman),1NAY ( Vicky Mueller); Motion carried.

Supervisor Matt Jicha stated that he had reached out to lawyers to get information regarding representing Town of Wausaukee for legal advice. After discussing options, the Town Board agreed to contact WI Towns Association as 1st resource for advice and 2nd Resource will be Tony Steffeck from Green Bay for Legal Representation. Supervisor Matt Jicha will be Board Representative for Legal communication.

CSM Review Lee & Darlene Brandenburg was approved on motion by Supervisor Brandon Taylor, seconded by Supervisor Matt Jicha. Motion carried. 

Chairman Engelmann gave brief report on Wausaukee Rescue Squad. Monthly meetings are going well and the chassis for new truck has arrived; they are refurbishing the box. By October they should be up and running with two rigs. Middle Inlet has reached out to Wausaukee for information regarding Service. All in all things are running well. Members of municipalities are not an advisory board; they are involved with all decisions regarding employment and financials.        

Supervisor Matt Jicha made a motion to adjourn at 8:00 pm; seconded by Supervisor Brandon Taylor. Motion carried.
