Members Present: Chairman Jeff Engelmann; Supervisor 1 Vicky Mueller; Supervisor 2 Brandon Taylor; Supervisor 3 Matthew Jicha; Supervisor 4 Dennis Taylor; Treasurer Hope Wesolowski; Clerk Cheryl Stumbris,

Chairman Engelmann called the meeting to order at 7:00 P.M.

Motion to Approve agenda was made by Supervisor Brandon Taylor; Seconded by Supervisor Matt Jicha; Motion Carried.

Motion to Approve Minutes as read was made by Supervisor Vicky Mueller; Seconded by Supervisor Brandon Taylor; Motion Carried.

Financial Report

BOH as of 8/31/2022

Checking $11,724.28

MM General Account $ 547,538.80

Motion to Approve financial report was made by Supervisor Brandon Taylor; Seconded by Supervisor Dennis Taylor; Motion Carried

Vouchers were reviewed by all board members and approved.

Supervisor Dennis Taylor made a motion to purchase a  Shelter for Recycling attendant for no more than $1200.00; Seconded by Supervisor Brandon Taylor. Motion carried.

The Town of Wausaukee is currently replacing old fire number signs with New 2 sided Fire Number Signs.

Supervisor Vicky Mueller will attend a Fall Workshop in Green Bay on Sept 28, 2022.

Supervisor Dennis Taylor made a motion to enroll in “Employee Trust fund”; Seconded by Supervisor Matt Jicha. Motion carried.

Supervisor Dennis Taylor made a motion to hire County to process 2022 property taxes for the Town of Wausaukee; Seconded by Supervisor Brandon Taylor; Motion carried.

Supervisor Dennis Taylor made a motion to add Glendale Rd. and Glendale Circle. (Start Intersection Hwy C and Glendale Rd; to include Glendale Rd. and Glendale Circle End start of Right of Way Rd)To ATV route Town of Wausaukee. Seconded by Supervisor Brandon Taylor, motion carried.

Supervisor Brandon Taylor made a motion to adjourn at 7:55 pm; seconded by Supervisor Vicky Mueller. Motion carried.
