Members Present: Chairman Jeff Engelmann; Supervisor 1 Bob Jicha; Supervisor 2 Brandon Taylor; Supervisor 3 Matthew Jicha; Supervisor 4 Dennis Taylor; Treasurer Hope Young; Clerk Cheryl Stumbris,

Members Absent:

Chairman Engelmann called the meeting to order at 7:00 P.M.

Motion to Approve agenda was made by Supervisor Matt Jicha; Seconded by Supervisor Brandon Taylor; Motion Carried.

Motion to Approve Minutes with removal of “Motion Denied” on ATV Route Request was made by Supervisor Bob Jicha; Seconded by Supervisor Dennis Taylor; Motion Carried.

Financial Report

BOH as of 7/31/2021

Checking $17,170.46

MM General Account $ 537,695.35

Motion to Approve financial report was made by Supervisor Dennis Taylor; Seconded by Supervisor Brandon Taylor; Motion Carried

Vouchers were reviewed by all board members and approved.

Wausaukee Fire District Quarterly Report was viewed with no comments.

Fire Numbers on Private Roads was in Question as to whether or not Fire and Rescue were aware of road locations. Both Fire and Rescue have emergency maps that show all private roads but need to be updated. The Town will update these maps in the near future after all Fire numbers are recorded. Supervisor Bob Jicha will start that process soon.

Operator License for Madeline Johnsrud was approved on a motion by Supervisor Dennis Taylor, seconded by Supervisor Matt Jicha, Motion Carried.

Supervisor Bob Jicha made a motion to adjourn at 7:50 pm; seconded by Supervisor Dennis Taylor. Motion carried.
