Chairman Engelmann called the meeting to order at 7:00 P.M.

Motion to Approve agenda was made by Supervisor Brandon Taylor; Seconded by Supervisor Matt Jicha; Motion Carried.

Motion to Approve Minutes was made by Supervisor Dennis Taylor; Seconded by Supervisor Brandon Taylor; Motion Carried.

Financial Report

BOH as of 4/30/2021

Checking $25,117.64

MM General Account $ 567,555.63

Motion to Approve financial report was made by Supervisor Matt Jicha; Seconded by Supervisor Brandon Taylor; Motion Carried

Vouchers were reviewed by all board members and approved.

Jim Pickett with Rural Mutual insurance reviewed current Town Insurance and Workers Compensation policy along with answering any questions the board had. Supervisor Bob Jicha made a motion to increase Property Liability Insurance to $50,000; Seconded by Supervisor Dennis Taylor. Motion Carried.

Supervisor Bob Jicha made a motion to change coverage on 2015 International to $100,000; Seconded by Supervisor Matt Jicha. Motion Carried

Supervisor Dennis Taylor made a motion to change limit on Caterpillar 140Motor grader to $125,000; Caterpillar 924K Wheel loader to $100,000; and remove Eager Beaver Wood Chipper; Seconded by Supervisor Bob Jicha. Motion carried

Chairman Engelmann presented Road Construction 2021. Supervisor Bob Jicha made a motion to accept proposed (not to go over budgeted amount) to include 3.3 mi 20 ft. wide single chip seal on Pike River Rd; Cold mix wedging on Kafka Rd; 2 mi 20 ft. wide single chip seal on Kafka Rd; 1.31 mi Wedge and Overlay from Village line to Curve on Perch Lake Rd; Wedge 10-12 areas from Pike River Rd south west on Freele Rd; Wedging and Overlaying culvert replacement on Jamros Rd; Seconded by Supervisor Dennis Taylor. Motion carried

Chairman Engelmann gave update on Bridge Aid. He had talked with Eric Burmeister, Marinette County Highway Commissioner. Eric advised to begin paperwork for Bridge Aid soon. Chairman Engelmann will contact Engineering Firm for Consultation.

Supervisor Bob Jicha has begun process regarding American Rescue Plan Act Awards.

Treasurer reported that there are a couple Fire calls that may be ready to go to Collections. She will look over all options before filing delinquent bills.

No action on the addition to Wolfe Lake Pier
