Chairman Engelmann swore in re-elected Clerk Cheryl Stumbris; Clerk Cheryl Stumbris swore in re-elected Chairman Engelmann, along with newly elected Supervisor 2 Brandon Taylor and Treasurer Hope Young
Chairman Engelmann called the meeting to order at 6:00 P.M.
Motion to Approve agenda was made by Supervisor Dennis Taylor; Seconded by Supervisor Matt Jicha; Motion Carried.
Motion to Approve Minutes was made by Supervisor Dennis Taylor; Seconded by Supervisor Matt Jicha; Motion Carried.
Financial Report

Motion to Approve financial report was made by Supervisor Dennis Taylor; Seconded by Chairman Engelmann Motion Carried.
Vouchers were reviewed by all board members and approved.
Chairman Engelmann open blacktop bid. Bid was received from Scott Construction. Supervisor Matt Jicha made a motion to award bid to Scott Construction for Cold mix @ $60.90 per ton and 20FT mile using 1,350 ton of cold mix @ $82,215.00; also 20FT Mile using MS-5 Hot Asphalt 3/8” fractured granite @$19,790..00 Seconded by Supervisor Dennis Taylor, Motion carried.
2022 Bridge Aid Application was discussed with No Action.
Supervisor Dennis Taylor made a motion to appoint Supervisor 2 Brandon Taylor as Authorizing Agent for RU Recycling Program. Seconded by Supervisor Matt Jicha, Motion carried.
Bob Wesolowski will get quote for cost of addition to Wolf lake Pier and bring to May Meeting.
Supervisor Dennis Taylor made a motion to set Board of Review date for the Town of Wausaukee to be held at the Town Hall on Tuesday, May 11, 2021 as required by State Statutes at 6:59 PM. But will immediately adjourn to later date; Seconded by Chairman Engelmann, Motion carried.
Fire District 1st Quarter report was reviewed by Board member with no comments.
Supervisor Dennis Taylor made a motion to adjourn at 6:35 pm; seconded by Supervisor Brandon Taylor. Motion carried.
