ANNUAL BUDGET MEETING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Nov.11, 2025 at
6:30 P.M. at the Town Hall of Wausaukee a Public Hearing on
Proposed 2026 budget for the Town of Wausaukee will be held.
The proposed budget is available for inspection at the Town Hall by appointment.
NOTICE IS ALSO GIVEN that on Nov.11, 2025
Immediately following completion of the Public Hearing on the proposed 2026 budget, a special town meeting of electors called by the town board for the following purposes will be held.
1.To adopt the 2025 Town tax levy to be paid in 2026
2.Grant Town Board of Supervisors the authority
to set wages of elected Clerk & Treasurer.
The following is a summary 2026 Proposed Budget
Revenues: 2026
Property Taxes $ 848,373.00
State Aids, Other $ 409,125.00
TOTAL REVENUE: $ 1,257,498.00
Expenditures:
General Government $ 94,288.00
Safety, Sanitation, Culture $ 333,500.00
Highway Expense $ 829,710.00
TOTAL EXPENDITURES: $ 1,257,498.00
