TOWN OF WAUSAUKEE

SPECIAL AND SEASONAL WEIGHT LIMITATIONS

ORDINANCE # 348.17

The Town of Wausaukee Board shall have the authority, as per Wisconsin State Statute 348.17, to impose special or seasonal weight limits on any highway, bridge, or culvert maintained by the Town of Wausaukee to prevent injury to the roadway or for the safety of the users of such bridge or culvert and shall be responsible for erecting Uniform Traffic Control Devices giving notice thereof.

Effective date:
This Ordinance shall be effective after the adoption and publication by the Town Board of th Town of Wausaukee.
