Chairman Engelmann called the meeting to order at 7:00 P.M.
Motion to Approve agenda was made by Supervisor 1 Bob Jicha, Seconded by Supervisor 2 Brandon Taylor; Motion Carried.
Motion to Approve Minutes was made by Supervisor 4 Dennis Taylor; Seconded by Supervisor 3 Matthew Jicha; Motion Carried.

Vouchers were reviewed by all board members and approved.
Gina Martens addressed the Town Board with questions regarding why the Town of Wausaukee doesn’t have a Spring Cleanup like the Village of Wausaukee does. The board explained that from past experience they felt that the residents at that time abused the cleanup which resulted to be very costly. Also Population of Town verses Village is considerably higher and would be very hard to control. Residents have curbside garbage pickup for household garbage and the Single Stream Recycling Center is also available for Town Residents. MarOco landfill is available for larger items.
Gina also requested possible signage for vehicles to slow down as a small creek / Culvert runs under road and children play in it. Board of Supervisors stated that if signs were put up it would be a liability for the Town and also Insurance would say no. Town board agreed “No Sign”.
Supervisor 1 Bob Jicha made a motion to accept RESOLUTION #060821 INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN STATES OF MICHIGAN AND WISCONSIN MUNICIPALITIES PARTICIPATING IN THE MUTUAL AID BOX ALARM SYSTEM; Seconded by Supervisor 4 Dennis Taylor. Motion carried.
Assessor Jerry Pillath offered dates in July for Board of Review. Board of Supervisors agreed to schedule Board of Review for July 24, 2021 from 8:00 am to 10:00 am, Along with Open Book with the Assessor on July 17, 2021 from 8:00 am to 10:00 am;
Liquor License was approved for “Bear Point Yacht Club” on a motion by Supervisor 1Bob Jicha, seconded by Supervisor 2 Matt Jicha. Motion carried.
Liquor / Cigarette Licenses is approved contingent upon all paperwork is in order for “Sociables Bar and Grill” on a motion by Supervisor 1 Bob Jicha, seconded by Supervisor 4 Dennis Taylor. Motion carried.
Chairman Engelmann gave an update on Rescue Squad. Next Scheduled meeting is in June. He will also deliver a copy of signed Contract mailed to them with their first payment on Feb.10, 2021.
Supervisor 2 Brandon Taylor made a motion to approve Debit Card for deposit use only; Seconded by Supervisor 3 Matt Jicha. Motion carried.
Supervisor 4 Dennis Taylor made a motion to open a Business AARP account. Seconded by Supervisor 1 Bob Jicha; Motion carried.
Road Construction in Town of Wausaukee will tentatively start in August.
Chairman Engelmann contacted Coleman Engineering regarding Bridge Aid for Glendale Rd. They will do preliminary work in regards to funding and getting process started with the state. Once this process is done Foth and Van Dyke Engineering will assist with what steps needed to be taken at this time.
Supervisor 1 Bob Jicha made a motion to adjourn at 7:57pm; seconded by Supervisor 2 Brandon Taylor. Motion carried.
