MINUTES
Members Present: Chairman Jeff Engelmann; Supervisor 1 Vicky Mueller; Supervisor 2 Brandon Taylor Supervisor 3 Matthew Jicha; Supervisor 4 Dennis Taylor; Clerk Cheryl Stumbris; Treasurer Hope Wesolowski
Others Present: Greg & Brenda Warrington; Roger & Mary LaMack; Jack Pociask; James Pociask; Sandy Wojcik; Bob Wesolowski
Chairman Jeff Engelmann called the meeting to order at 7 P.M.
Motion to Approve agenda was made by Supervisor Dennis Taylor; Seconded by Supervisor Mueller; Motion Carried.
Motion to Approve Minutes as read was made by Supervisor Jicha; Seconded by Supervisor Mueller; Motion Carried.
Financial Report

Checking $18,292.56
MM General Account $ 726,439.25
Motion to Approve financial report was made by Supervisor Brandon Taylor; Seconded by Supervisor Jicha, Motion Carried.
Vouchers were reviewed by all board members and approved.
No Audience Comments
Fire District Quarterly report was reviewed by all members with no comments. Chairman Engelmann stated new Fire truck is slated for midsummer 2027
2026 Road Construction is underway. Seal coating & chip sealing are both looking good. Black topping on Feller, Webster and Glendale Roads will be soon.
Chairman Engelmann gave report on Wausaukee Rescue Squad meeting recently. A lawyer is involved to help with restructuring the WRS. He wants to change the Rescue Squad Board of Directors; not to include members/ employees. The Board will then direct the Rescue Squad along with the Administrator and so on. At contract time more discussion will follow.
Supervisor Jicha made a motion to approve Positive Pay for Checking; Seconded by Supervisor Brandon Taylor. Motion carried.
Supervisor Jicha made a motion to increase Building Permit fee from $20.00 to $40.00 effective January 1, 2027. Seconded by Chairman Engelmann. Roll Vote taken Supervisor Dennis Taylor no; Supervisor Mueller no, Supervisor Brandon Taylor no.
Vote 3 to 2 opposition.
Chairman Engelmann made a motion to increase Special Assessment letter fee from $5.00 to $10.00 per parcel effective January 1 2027. Seconded by Supervisor Jicha; Motion carried
Treasurer Hope Wesolowski gave a summary of the Clerk / Treasurer Institute with UWGB that she recently attended.
Town Board had discussion regarding updating Comprehensive Plan. After reviewing the current plan and Committee members, Chairman Engelmann will contact former members and Board will have further discussion at September meeting.
At 7:57 pm Supervisor Dennis Taylor made a motion to adjourn; seconded by Supervisor Mueller.
