Chairman Engelmann called the meeting to order at 7:00 P.M.

Motion to approve agenda was made by Supervisor Dennis Taylor with addition of Operators licenses; Seconded by Supervisor Matt Jicha; Motion Carried.

Motion to Approve April 19, 2022 Minutes was made by Supervisor Brandon Taylor; Seconded by Supervisor Matt Jicha; Motion Carried.

Financial Report

Checking $17,177.79

MM General Account $553,255.85

Motion to approve financial report made by Supervisor Dennis Taylor; Seconded by Supervisor Brandon Taylor; Motion Carried.

Vouchers were reviewed by all board members and approved.

Chairman Engelmann opened bid for property on Amberg- Wausaukee Rd. Supervisor Dennis Taylor made a motion to award bid to Randy Lardinois; Seconded by Supervisor Brandon Taylor. Motion carried. A Quick Claim Deed will be drawn up.

Bill Voelker revoked his request for Speed limit Sign on Long Lake Rd.

Chairman Engelmann presented Road plan for 2022. Supervisor Brandon Taylor made a motion to accept road plan for 2022 to include Chip Seal Surfacing on Freele Rd (3.68 mi x 20-21 ft.); Perch Lake Rd (1.31 mi x 21-22 ft.); Wolf Lake/ Naragon rd. (1.19 mi x 19-20 ft.); Keating Rd (1.26 mi. x 20-21 ft.) and Lassack Rd (.68 mi. x 20-21 ft.). Crack Filling on Lovers Lane Subdivision and Palmer Rds. Seconded by Supervisor Matt Jicha, Motion carried.

Supervisor Matt Jicha led discussion on consideration of hiring an engineering firm for available grants. Chairman Engelmann will talk to Coleman Engineering.

Wausaukee Fire District 1st Quarter report was given with no comments.

Chairman Engelmann gave brief update on both Fire District and Rescue Squad recent meetings

No action on Request State Legislature Modify Levy Limits by Resolution

Town Board discussed Road Weight Limitations in regards to communication. All requests for travel should be to Road Foreman Bob Wesolowski (715-856-5281). Supervisor Dennis Taylor made a motion to leave weight limits on both Kaiko Rd. and Burdell Rd. until further notice; Seconded by Supervisor Brandon Taylor. Motion carried.

Operators Licenses for Toriana Philipps, Traci M McMorran and Amanda Shaw were approved on a motion by Supervisor Matt Jicha seconded by Supervisor Dennis Taylor, Motion carried.

The Town of Wausaukee is looking for individual to fill vacancy of Supervisor 1 for remainder of term which is through April 2023.

Appointment will be made at June 14, 2022 meeting. Interested person should contact Chairman Jeff Engelmann at 715-923-5669 for details.

Wausaukee Municipal Building will have Open House On Saturday June 11, 2022 from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm. Located on Main St in the Village of Wausaukee

Supervisor Brandon Taylor made a motion to adjourn at 8:09 pm; seconded by Supervisor Dennis Taylor. Motion carried.
