Members Present: Clerk Cheryl Stumbris, Supervisor 1 Bob Jicha, Supervisor 3 Matt Jicha, Supervisor 2 Dave Tomasino

Members Absent: Chairman Jeff Engelmann; Supervisor 4 Dennis Taylor

Others Present: Jerry Pillath

• Clerk Cheryl Stumbris opened Board of Review at 9:00 am
• Clerk Cheryl Stumbris made a motion to appoint Supervisor 2 Dave Tomasino seconded the motion;
• Motion carried.
• Supervisor 1 Bob Jicha, as Chair for the proceedings;
• Supervisor 1 Bob Jicha made a motion to appoint Supervisor 2 Dave Tomasino Vice-Chair of proceedings. He declined. Supervisor 1 Bob Jicha, made a motion to appoint Supervisor 3 Matt Jicha vice-chair of proceedings, Seconded by Supervisor 2 Dave Tomasino; motion carried.
• There was no other activity for the day.
• At 11:00 AM Supervisor 3 Matt Jicha made a motion to close Board of Review 2020; Supervisor 3 Dave Tomasino supported the motion; Carried.
