MINUTES

Members Present: Chairman Jeff Engelmann; Supervisor 1 Bob Jicha; Supervisor 2 David Tomasino; Supervisor 3 Matthew Jicha; Treasurer Sally Hultquist; Clerk Cheryl Stumbris,

Members Absent: Supervisor 4 Dennis Taylor;

Others Present: Bob Wesolowski;

Chairman Engelmann called the meeting to order at 7:00 P.M.

Motion to Approve agenda was made by Supervisor Bob Jicha; Seconded by Supervisor Matt Jicha; Motion Carried.

Motion to Approve Minutes was made by Supervisor Dave Tomasino; Seconded by Supervisor Matt Jicha; Motion Carried.

Financial Report

BOH as of 8/31/2020

Checking $37,683.25

MM General Account $ 440,701.11

Motion to Approve financial report was made by Supervisor Dave Tomasino; Seconded by Supervisor Bob Jicha; Motion Carried

Vouchers were reviewed by all board members and approved.

Operator's license for Emily Tadisch was approved on a motion by Supervisor Bob Jicha; Seconded by Supervisor Tomasino. Motion carried.

Supervisor Jicha made a motion to hire County to process 2020 property taxes for the Town of Wausaukee; Seconded by Supervisor Matt Jicha; Motion carried.

Town of Wausaukee received letter from Wausaukee Rescue Squad regarding Proposal to change the Squad from a volunteer organization to a paid organization.

Town Board decided to form a committee. They will contact local municipalities whom are also served by the Wausaukee Rescue Squad to work together to resolve issue.

Supervisor Bob Jicha made a motion to adjourn at 7:40 pm; seconded by Supervisor Tomasino. Motion carried.
