Members Present: Chairman Jeff Engelmann; Supervisor 1 Bob Jicha; Supervisor 2 David Tomasino; Supervisor 4 Dennis Taylor; Treasurer Sally Hultquist; Clerk Cheryl Stumbris,
Members Absent: Supervisor 3 Kurt Stumbris;
Others Present: Bob Wesolowski; Hilbert Radtke
Chairman Engelmann called the meeting to order at 7:00 P.M.
Motion to Approve agenda was made by Supervisor Jicha; Seconded by Supervisor Tomasino; Motion Carried.
Motion to Approve Minutes was made by Supervisor Tomasino; Seconded by Supervisor Taylor; Motion Carried.
Financial Report

Checking $23,796.59
MM General Account $ 313,590.94
Motion to Approve financial report was made by Supervisor Jicha; Seconded by Supervisor Tomasino; Motion Carried
Vouchers were reviewed by all board members and approved.
Supervisor Taylor made a motion to close part of Pike River Rd and Freele Rd. for Firecracker 5K on July 6, 2019. Seconded by Supervisor Tomasino; Motion carried.
Chairman Engelmann reported that Road Construction has started and Scott Construction will be starting in Town of Wausaukee Mid July.
Liquor License was approved for “Bear Point Yacht Club” on a motion by Supervisor Taylor, seconded by Supervisor Jicha. Motion carried.
Supervisor Jicha made a motion to accept proposal from Williams Painting to patch and coat roof of Town Garage and Hall for $6500.00; Seconded by Supervisor Taylor. Motion carried.
Town Board had discussion regarding Wausaukee Business Association Letter. No action.
Clerk presented a “Fire Number Application Form” to the Board for review.
Clerk received letter from Marinette County Land Information Dept. on free workshop on how to manage invasive plants on roadsides.
Clerk also received letter from Insurance Co requesting the town to provide copy of State Statue or ordinance that allows the fire department to bill accident victims. Supervisor Jicha will respond.
Supervisor Jicha stated that he had met with different members of area churches to give them update on status of Evergreen Cemetary to get more people on the Cemetary Board. The need for members of the Cemetary Association is a main concern.
More discussion at July 9, 2019 meeting.
Supervisor Jicha made a motion to adjourn at 7:35 pm; seconded by Supervisor Tomasino. Motion carried.
