Members Present: Chairman Jeff Engelmann; Supervisor 1 Bob Jicha; Supervisor 3 Kurt Stumbris; Treasurer Sally Hultquist; Clerk Cheryl Stumbris,

Members Absent: Supervisor 2 David Tomasino; Supervisor 4 Dennis Taylor;

Others Present: Bob Wesolowski;

Chairman Engelmann called the meeting to order at 7:00 P.M.

Motion to Approve agenda was made by Supervisor Jicha; Seconded by Supervisor Stumbris; Motion Carried.

Motion to Approve Minutes was made by Supervisor Jicha; Seconded by Supervisor Stumbris; Motion Carried.

Financial Report

BOH as of 2/28/2019

Checking $43,295.56

MM General Account $ 345,888.98

Motion to Approve financial report was made by Supervisor Stumbris; Seconded by Supervisor Taylor; Motion Carried

Vouchers were reviewed by all board members and approved.

Chairman Engelmann spoke with Eric Burmeister – Marinette County Highway Commissioner regarding Glendale Rd. Bridge. Eric stated that he has two requests on file and will work on getting this project going.

Down payment for Heating and cooling system will be made immediately.

Date for April Regular Meeting will be April 16, 2019 at 6:30 PM.

Supervisor Jicha made a motion to appoint Chairman Engelmann Highway Superintendent, seconded by Supervisor Stumbris. Motion carried. 3 aye-0 nay.

Annual meeting is April 16, 2019 at 7:00 PM

Supervisor Jicha made a motion to adjourn at 7:26 pm; seconded by Supervisor Stumbris. Motion carried.
