MINUTES

Members Present: Chairman Jeff Engelmann; Supervisor 1 Vicky Mueller; Supervisor 2 Brandon Taylor; Supervisor 3 Matthew Jicha; Supervisor 4 Dennis Taylor; Treasurer Hope Wesolowski; Clerk Cheryl Stumbris,

Members Absent:

Chairman Engelmann called the meeting to order at 7:00 P.M.

Motion to Approve agenda was made by Supervisor Brando Taylor; Seconded by Supervisor Matt Jicha; Motion Carried.

Motion to Approve Minutes as read was made by Supervisor Vicky Mueller; Seconded by Supervisor Brandon Taylor; Motion Carried.

Financial Report

BOH as of 7/31/2022

Checking $14,235.45

MM General Account $ 470,765.73

Motion to Approve financial report was made by Supervisor Dennis Taylor; Seconded by Supervisor Vicky Mueller; Motion Carried

Vouchers were reviewed by all board members and approved.

Wausaukee Fire District 2rd Quarter report was reviewed. Chairman Engelmann reported 3-4 years for new pumper.

CSM Review 7/20/22 Wilson / Zebell was approved on motion by Supervisor Dennis Taylor, seconded by Supervisor Brandon Taylor.

Status on Road Construction 2022 is that Crack filling is complete; Seal coating in couple weeks along with Black topping.

Rescue Squad meeting was attended by both Chairman Engelmann and Supervisor Mueller. The discussion of the four entities to split the cost of paying off 2019 rescue squad is on hold currently.

Supervisor Dennis Taylor made a motion to increase wage for Emergency help to $20.00/hr.; Seconded by Supervisor Matt Jicha. Motion carried.

Supervisor Matt Jicha reviewed “Employee Trust Fund Enrollment”. The board agreed that we should move forward on getting submissions in before deadline. He will also check on Health Insurance options.

Clerk reported that GFL will start placement of Carts this week. They will start by placing carts at regular customer pickups along with that they are leaving an Informational tag. Any questions should be directed to the Town of Wausaukee. Town will then follow up with all concerns. I.e. Missed cart; additional cart ($75.00ea.); needing assistance; etc. which will take couple of weeks

Clerk also shared some issues / concerns involving conduct of persons on or before Election Day. Board members agreed to be more present and part of Election events.

Supervisor Dennis Taylor made a motion to adjourn to Board of Audit at 7:41 pm; seconded by Supervisor Matt Jicha. Motion carried.
