MINUTES

Members Present: Chairman Jeff Engelmann; Supervisor 3 Matthew Jicha; Supervisor 4 Dennis Taylor; Treasurer Hope Wesolowski; Clerk Cheryl Stumbris

Absent: Supervisor 1 Bob Jicha; Supervisor 2 Brandon Taylor

Others Present: Bob Wesolowski; Bob Flaws; Phyllis Townsend; Kevin Wojcik; Chris Grove; Ed TenBruin

Chairman Engelmann called the meeting to order at 7:00 P.M.

Motion to Approve agenda was made by Supervisor Dennis Taylor; Seconded by Supervisor Matthew Jicha; Motion Carried.

Motion to Approve Minutes was made by Supervisor Matthew Jicha with Financial report date in minutes corrected; Seconded by Supervisor Dennis Taylor; Motion Carried.

Financial Report

MM General Account $ 573,230.13

Motion to Approve financial report was made by Supervisor Dennis Taylor; Seconded by Supervisor Matthew Jicha; Motion Carried

Vouchers were reviewed by all board members and approved.

Chairman Engelmann opened six bids for 2007 Chev truck. Supervisor Dennis Taylor made motion to award bid to Dylan Pries high bid of $11,600.00 for 2007 single axle Chevrolet Silverado 3500 HD, Seconded by Supervisor Matt Jicha. Motion carried.

Chairman Engelmann opened applications for Road Patrolman. After Question and answers with Applicants the board decided to move forward with a special town board meeting to review both applications and compensations.

Supervisor Matt Jicha made a motion to appoint Jeff Engelmann Highway Superintendent, seconded by Supervisor Dennis Taylor. Motion carried.

Chairman Engelmann gave tentative agenda for Road Construction 2022.Bid request for Road Construction 2022 will be posted and opened at April 19, 2022 meeting.

No updates on 2022 Bridge aid

Chairman Engelmann gave a short report on Rescue Squad

Supervisor Dennis Taylor made a motion to increase Chief inspector wage to $15.00/ hr. and Poll worker wage to $12.00 / hr. Seconded by Supervisor Matt Jicha. Motion carried.

Chairman Engelmann made a motion to reimburse previous

Treasurer $15.00 / hr. for training. Seconded by Supervisor Matt Jicha. Motion carried

Supervisor Matt Jicha made a motion to adjourn at 7:58 pm; seconded by Supervisor Dennis Taylor. Motion carried.
