Chairman Engelmann called the meeting to order at 7:00 P.M.
Motion to Approve agenda was made by Supervisor Brandon Taylor; Seconded by Supervisor Dennis Taylor; Motion Carried.
Motion to Approve Minutes was made by Supervisor Matthew Jicha; Seconded by Supervisor Brandon Taylor; Motion Carried.

Motion to Approve financial report was made by Supervisor Dennis Taylor; Seconded by Supervisor Matthew Jicha; Motion Carried
Vouchers were reviewed by all board members and approved.
4th Quarter Fire District Report was reviewed. No Questions or Comments.
Supervisor Brandon Taylor made motion to purchase 2020 Ford F350, along with purchase and installation of lights, shovel holder, two tool boxes and mud flaps, Seconded by Supervisor Matt Jicha. Motion carried.
Town of Wausaukee will sell 2007 single axle Chevrolet Silverado 3500 HD with dump Box. Automatic Transmission, Diesel, 185000 mi. Bids will be accepted on or before March 8, 2022 at 7 PM. For more information contact Bob Wesolowski at 715-856-5281 Town of Wausaukee.
Chairman Engelmann asked for a motion to approve Ordinance Number 348.17, TOWN OF WAUSAUKEE SPECIAL AND SEASONAL WEIGHT LIMITATIONS. Supervisor Bob Jicha made that motion, seconded by Supervisor Matt Jicha.
5 Ayes, 0 Nays. Motion Carried
Supervisor Jicha made a motion to set Road bans per Highway Superintendent same roads as previous year with the exception of Milk trucks; School buses, Emergency Vehicles and Garbage trucks; Seconded by Supervisor Taylor. Motion Carried. Supervisor Jicha noted that People requesting heavy load permits during weight limit time must contact Chairman Engelmann at 715-856-5281. He will then contact Highway Superintendent to issue permit.
Clerk stated Town of Wausaukee will apply for a .gov Domain for official email communication: Also Town of Wausaukee will have 2021-2022 Marinette County Plat books for sale next month.
Supervisor Bob Jicha made a motion to adjourn at 7:37 pm; seconded by Supervisor Dennis Taylor. Motion carried.
