Members Present: Chairman Jeff Engelmann; Supervisor 1 Bob Jicha; Supervisor 2 Brandon Taylor; Supervisor 3 Matthew Jicha; Supervisor 4 Dennis Taylor; Treasurer Hope Wesolowski; Clerk Cheryl Stumbris

Chairman Engelmann called the meeting to order at 7:00 P.M.

Motion to Approve agenda was made by Supervisor Dennis Taylor; Seconded by Supervisor Bob Jicha; Motion Carried.

Motion to Approve Minutes was made by Supervisor Dennis Taylor; Seconded by Supervisor Brandon Taylor; Motion Carried.

Financial Report

BOH as of 12/31/2021

Checking $13,016.17

MM General Account $ 610,933.55

Motion to Approve financial report was made by Supervisor Bob Jicha; Seconded by Supervisor Matthew Jicha; Motion Carried

Vouchers were reviewed by all board members and approved.

Supervisor Dennis Taylor made a motion to approve 2022 Wausaukee Rescue Squad Contract; Seconded by Supervisor Brandon Taylor. Motion carried.

Temporary Class B Liquor License was approved for “Wausaukee Rec Association” on a motion by Supervisor Dennis Taylor, seconded by Supervisor Brandon Taylor. Motion carried.

Temporary Operator License for Jared Deschane was approved on a motion by Supervisor Matt Jicha, seconded by Supervisor Bob Jicha, Motion carried.

Supervisor Bob Jicha made a motion to adjourn to Board of Audit 7:19 pm; seconded by Supervisor Dennis Taylor. Motion carried.

THE BOARD OF AUDIT EXAMINED THE BOOKS OF THE CLERK AND COMPARED THEM TO TREASURERS REPORT AND BANK STATEMENTS AND FOUND THEM TO BE ACCURATE AND EXACT
