Members Present: Chairman Jeff Engelmann; Supervisor 1 Bob Jicha; Supervisor 2 David Tomasino; Supervisor 3 Matthew Jicha; Supervisor 4 Dennis Taylor; Treasurer Sally Hultquist; Clerk Cheryl Stumbris,

Others Present: Bob Wesolowski; Hope Young; Brandon Taylor; Vicki Mueller; Darlene Zarnstorff

Chairman Engelmann called the meeting to order at 7:00 P.M.

Motion to Approve agenda was made by Supervisor Taylor; Seconded by Supervisor Matt Jicha; Motion Carried.

Motion to Approve Minutes was made by Supervisor Tomasino; Seconded by Supervisor Bob Jicha; Motion Carried.

Financial Report

BOH as of 2/28/2021

Checking $41,127.44

MM General Account $ 547,580.50

Motion to Approve financial report was made by Supervisor Bob Jicha; Seconded by Supervisor Taylor; Motion Carried

Vouchers were reviewed by all board members and approved.

Supervisor Jicha made a motion to appoint Chairman Engelmann Highway Superintendent, seconded by Supervisor Taylor. Motion carried.

Chairman Engelmann will have Road Construction 2021 plan ready for April meeting. Bid requests will be published. The bids should be sealed in envelope marked BID and will be accepted until 6:00 PM April 20, 2021

Bids will be open at the monthly meeting April 20, 2021 starting at 6:00 PM

Supervisor Tomasino made a motion to adopt

“ORDINANCE # 030921 TO ADOPT THE WISCONSIN MUNICIPAL RECORDS SCHEDULE”;

Seconded by Supervisor Jicha; motion carried

Chairman Engelmann gave update on recent Rescue Squad meeting he attended.

Clerk noted that April Monthly Meeting is April 20, 2021 at 6:00 pm;

Annual Meeting scheduled for 7:00 pm on April 20, 2021

Supervisor Bob Jicha made a motion to adjourn a 7:35 pm; seconded by Supervisor Taylor. Motion carried
