Members Present: Chairman Jeff Engelmann; Supervisor 1 Bob Jicha; Supervisor 2 David Tomasino; Supervisor 3 Matthew Jicha; Treasurer Sally Hultquist; Clerk Cheryl Stumbris,
Members Absent: Supervisor 4 Dennis Taylor

Chairman Engelmann called the meeting to order at 7:00 P.M.
Motion to Approve agenda was made by Supervisor Matt Jicha; Seconded by Supervisor Bob jicha; Motion Carried.
Motion to Approve Minutes was made by Supervisor Bob Jicha; Seconded by Supervisor Matt Jicha; Motion Carried.
Financial Report

Motion to Approve financial report was made by Supervisor Bob Jicha; Seconded by Supervisor Tomasino; Motion Carried
Vouchers were reviewed by all board members and approved.
Chairman Engelmann gave a short update on November 13, 2020 Rescue Squad Meeting. Jeff Engelmann and Dale Caylor were voted to Board of Directors. Three new radios will be ordered from J&S Electronics. T-shirts and Sweatshirts will be ordered for members. He also stated that there have been several applications received for rescue squad positions.
Chairman Engelmann made a motion to increase Clerk yearly salary by $3000.00 beginning next election cycle; seconded by Supervisor Bob Jicha; Motion carried.
Supervisor Bob Jicha will assist with an issue with a Vendor and Billing.
Dog licenses can be purchase every Friday in Jan, 2021 from 10:00am to 12:00pm
The Town board is looking to fill two vacancies for Supervisor 2 and Treasurer on the Town Board of Wausaukee. For more information contact Clerk at 715-856-5281.
Supervisor Bob Jicha made a motion to adjourn at 7:41 pm; seconded by Supervisor Matt Jicha; Motion carried.
